Refund Policy

At Elyptis, we value transparency and fairness. Our refund policy ensures clarity for all clients.

1. Eligibility

Refunds are only applicable if no significant progress has been made on the project after payment confirmation.

2. Partial Refunds

If partial work has been completed, a proportionate refund may be issued based on work completed and time spent.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Once the project is delivered or code has been shared, no refunds will be granted unless technical faults are proven from our side.

4. Request Process

All refund requests must be made in writing via yogeshsankar@elyptis.in within 3 days of payment.
